CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – ONE SYDNEY HARBOUR SITE (2025)

Residences One (R4A SSD 6964) and Residences Two (R4B SSD 6965) were completed in 2024. 
Lendlease will progressively open retail outlets in the podiums of the three One Sydney Harbour buildings throughout 2025.

Whilst the buildings in Barangaroo South are now complete, Lendlease is required to demobilise the site accommodation and finalise necessary public domain works, including;

• The realignment of the pavement on Watermans Quay next to Tower One, International Towers Sydney.
• Installation of permanent pedestrian crossings, trees and furniture on Watermans Quay.
• Services works next to and within Hickson Road.
• The installation of a new public artwork between Daramu House and International House Sydney.

HOURS OF WORK

The One Sydney Harbour and Barangaroo South Public Domain standard construction hours are 7am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays and 7am to 5pm on Saturdays.

The planning approvals can be found on the planning portal on the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure website – www.planning.nsw.gov.au.
